The SMDSA has restructured its Executive Committee to add 3 Director positions to support the Chair and the Treasurer roles.  Recent months, dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, have made it clear that the SMDSA plays an important role in supporting the healthcare sector.  It is apparent that having a strong leadership team will help us continue with this, and to strengthen our ability to represent our members and engage with regulatory bodies/authorities.

The new positions are: Director for Operations / Transport, Director for Suppliers of Consumables, and Director for Transfer / Transport / Compliance.  The new positions were introduced at the July AGM and the new Directors were elected in September; the Chair and Treasurer were re-elected.  Full details of our Executive Team are on the Executive Committee page of the website: https://www.smdsa.com/executive-committee/
