EA Consultation on EPR charging proposals for April 2019

The EA has issued a draft proposal for the updating of its charging scheme which was rolled out in April 2018.  

The proposed changes are designed to:

  • add clarity to existing charging schemes
  • accommodate changes in costs of regulation
  • make new charging scheme changes that were not included in the Strategic Review of Charges programme

The consultation is now open, and closes at 11.45 pm on 1 February 2019.
