The
company's Bristol based operation has developed a
world beating waste to energy technology using sequential pyrolysis,
gasification and high temperature oxidation. The world’s first
commercial plant is now operating in Avonmouth, Bristol. The plant handles
8,000 tonnes per year of mainly clinical and pharmaceutical waste.
Plants have low visual impact, can be built close to sources of
waste and are setting new standards for emissions from thermal plant.
